ABSTRACT

Objective:To explore the application effect of "sandwich" teaching in the standardized residency training of blood purification center. Methods:A total of 72 residents who participated the standardized residency training of blood purification center of The Third Hospital of Mianyang from July 2019 to November 2019 and December 2019 to April 2020 were selected to be divided into control group and research group in average. The control group used traditional teaching and the research group took "sandwich" teaching, respectively. The two groups of subject assessment results and post competency before and after the teaching were compared. SPSS 23.0 software was used for t test and chi square test. Results:The research group's academic knowledge test scores and practical operation skills test scores were (91.64±5.38) points and (86.81±5.30) points respectively, and those in the control group were (84.25±5.26) points and (78.28±5.07) points respectively, and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05). After teaching, the assessment scores of personal quality, professional knowledge, professional skills, professional ability and self-concept of the research group were (18.61±2.38) points, (18.28±2.29) points, (17.56±2.20) points, (18.81±2.41) points and (17.75±2.34) points respectively, and those in the control group were (16.42±2.19) points, (15.81±2.37) points, (15.06±2.41) points, (16.31±2.35) points and (15.31±2.28) points respectively. All above scores of the two groups after teaching were higher than those before teaching ( P<0.05), and those of the research group after teaching were higher than those of the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusion:"Sandwich" teaching can improve the examination results and post competency of the residents during the standardized residency training of the blood purification center.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the effect of continuing nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) after transurethral resection of prostate (TURP).Methods Toally 128 BPH patients after TURP in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were evenly divided into control group and observation group by random digit table. The patients in the control group were normally guided at discharge and those in the observation group the continuing nursing was done by telephone,WeChat,QQ or family visits for 6 weeks after discharge besides normal guidance. The two groups were compared in terms of self-care ability, treatment compliance, complications and quality of life. Results After the intervention, the scores on health knowledge,self-care ability,self-care responsibility,self-care concept,self-care skills dimension of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The treatment compliance was significantly higher than that of the control group and the incidences of complications, including pain, hematuria, urinary intontinerce and retentron and infection, constipation were significantly lower than those of the control group. The scores on quality of life, physical function, role function, cognitive function, emotional function and social function score were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P<0.05).Conclusion The continuing nursing after surgical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients can be effective in the improvements of patient's self-care ability, establishment of healthy life behavior, reduction of complications, promotion of their rehabilitation and ultimately the improvement of their quality of life.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the relation between chronic stressful, the neural changes in prefrontal cortex and depression. Methods Adapt chronic unpredictable stress with separate model to make depression model rats. After 22 days all the rats were killed and use immunohistochemistry method and computer image analysis to detect BDNF. To analysis the date with SPSS11.5 software. Results After 21 days stress, body weight ( t =2.915, P < 0.05), ambulation ( t = 6. 245, P < 0. 01 ), rearing( t = 2.693, P < 0. 05 ) and grooming ( t = 2. 685, P<0.05) decreased and stopping time in center( t=2. 388, P<0. 05) ,defecation( t =3. 846, P<0. 01 ) increased in experimental group. BDNF expressed obviously in control group and the prefrontal cortex expressed highly than that of the experimental group. BDNF expressions of experimental group were lower than that in control group ( P< 0.01 ) especially in right prefrontal cortex. Conclusion There was no difference of BDNF distribution in prefrontal cortex between both groups ,but after 21 days stress ,the BDNF levels of experimental rats obviously descent, especially in right prefrontal cortex.

ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the ultrastructure changes on von Ebner's gland of type 2 diabetes rats. Methods Eighteen Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group and experiment group. The diabetes rats model were induced by intraperitoneal injection streptozotocin(STZ) after high-fat food. The von Ebner's gland ultrastructure was observed under transmission electron microscope(TEM) after 8 weeks. Results Compared with the control group,in diabetes rats acinar cell nucleus appeared nucleolemma introcession and karyopycnosis;mitochondria exhibited vacuole degeneration and crista breaking;rough endoplasmic reticula expanded and showed degranulation. Conclusion A sereies of pathologic changes in von Ebner's gland of diabetes rats can be induced by diabetes, which provides morphological evidences for further investigation on the mechanism of diabetes complication.
